Videos must be recorded within 14 days prior to the date of the test.
Step 1: Read all the instructions and familiarize yourself with the requirements.

Step 2: Register Online by submitting this Google Form.
Please submit a separate form for each test.
We will be limiting registrations to around 30 per test session. This is at the discretion of the test chair and is dependent on judge availability.
I will close the form once maximum registrations have been received.
SCCNY members will always have priority.
You will receive an email confirmation once you have submitted this form. If you did not receive an email confirmation, you are not registered.
You only have to pay for tests for which you actually submit a video.
Step 3: Print the forms you will need.
Step 4: Record your video (Virtual Testing Video Requirements). Fill out your affidavit and get it signed by the proctor, videographer and coach.
PLEASE read the Virtual Testing Video Requirements. I will have to reject any video that is not recorded correctly. (This means you MUST record in landscape orientation)
Step 5: Fill out and get Name and Likeness Release and Permission to test at other clubs signed.
Step 6: Scan or take a photo of:

Name and Likeness Release and
Permission to Test
Step 7: Submit your video and forms electronically (use a google drive or dropbox folder) to sccnytest@gmail.com.
Note: I will not accept submissions of paper forms. You must submit everything electronically.
Step 8: Once you receive confirmation that your video is acceptable and forms are correct, pay for your test.

PRICES: US Figure Skating has raised their rates for tests, and so we have also raised ours to account for this, and to cover additional processing fees for electronic payments.
SCCNY Members: $25
Non-SCCNY:$35
We will be accepting electronic payment through signup.com. I will send the link when I confirm your video submission
Payment, video, and ALL required forms must be received by NOON on the date of the Virtual Test. No late payments or forms will be accepted. If you don’t submit all the required information on time, your test will not be judged.
