Dress Rehearsal will be held 6:15-8:15 on Wednesday, May 19th. Note that all skaters should be at the rink, in their assigned locker rooms and ready to skate/be photographed at 5:30. Exceptions are for the first groups to be photographed. Please see additional info below.
We will run through the finale 2 times , starting at 6:15. (Skaters should wear a jacket or sweater for finale run-throughs – no pullovers please)
We will then skate the entire show in order starting at 6:30.
Skaters may leave after they are done with all of the number run-throughs and their entire photo shoots.
IMPORTANT PHOTO INFO FOR ALL:
All show group skaters (except for dance number (Beyond the Sea), Pre-Juv., Open Juv. Synchro. and Intermediate Synchro) will be expected to participate in the photo shoot, so that those who are interested can purchase a group picture including their entire group.
Group photos will be scheduled during dress rehearsal. Please see the schedule below.
Photos of individuals will be worked in before Dress Rehearsal begins and after all groups have been taken. Groups will take priority, so as not to delay DR. Skaters wishing to have individual shots taken should make sure the timing will not interfere with their next number, so as not to miss their performance on the ice. If you are unsure, please wait until the end or if you wish, you may come early (5:00-5:30).
All skaters should be at the rink and ready to be photographed (in costume, makeup and skates) at 5:30. I know this is early and I apologize for the inconvenience, but with skaters in multiple groups, this is the only way to fit everyone in without running out of ice time for the Dress Rehearsal.
All skaters should have a pair of skate guards for picture day to protect their skating blades. The pictures will be taken in the main foyer of the facility. This area has NO matting and skaters will have to walk across cement flooring.

COSTUME DISTRIBUTION:
Please be sure to try your costume(s) on right away. Costumes cannot be returned but can be altered.
Please remember that costumes are not play clothes/dress up clothes until after the show is over. Skaters should not eat or drink in their costume until the show is over. Parents are responsible forthe whereabouts & condition their children’s costumes, once they pick them up.
Reminder: Those participating in the dance number are responsible for their own solid black dress.
Flesh colored tights are required for picture night and for the ice show for all group numbers. Either footed or over the boot tights can be worn. Tights are available for purchase through the club during club hours. You can also contact Cathy Hardman at chardman@twcny.rr.com if you need to purchase tights.
All hair pieces and/or hair ties that come with the costume should be worn for both pictures and for the ice show. Hair style is optional.
Show: 6:00 on Friday May 21st.
All skaters should be in their ASSIGNED locker rooms, dressed and ready to skate by 5:30, no later. Skaters will not be able to walk around in the lobby or in the bleachers after 5:30.
Practice ice will be available to only soloists and the opening number skaters from 5:00-5:30.
Skaters in the first act may watch the 2nd act, but must be back in their locker rooms three numbers prior to finale.
Skaters in the second act may watch the first act, but must report to their assigned locker rooms at the start of intermission.
Skaters skating in both acts will not be able to watch the show.
Skaters will not be allowed to go into and out of the bleachers and or lobby during the show.
Ticket prices: $4.00 for adults and children over 5. Children 5 and under are free. Save $1 per ticket if you bring a donation for a local food pantry and/or animal shelter for each ticket purchased.
There will be a bake sale. Please consider donating!!! Sign-up sheet is at the desk.
Flowers: Pre-order your flowers ahead of time and save on time and money! Forms are located at the table. Flowers will also be sold at the show, however only a limited quantity.
Parents may put a ‘shout out’ message into the program. Tell your skater(s) how proud you are of them. Shout out messages are $1.00 each. Please look for info. at the table.

All synchro teams will skate in the show. Specific info concerning synchro will be communicated directly to team members from coaches.
JSHOW ORDER: Below you will find the show order. We will not have a full 15 min intermission for Dress Rehearsal, but will give the kids just enough time to change, as needed. If you have not yet done so, please look it over carefully, so you will know how much time you have for costume changes. In several cases, skaters will have only 3 numbers to change, so they will need to have costumes ready in the locker rooms. If you have less than 3 numbers to change, I have made a mistake – PLEASE LET ME KNOW RIGHT AWAY!!

Show rehearsals will begin on Thursday April 14th. See the rehearsal schedule below for specific group and time information. Dress Rehearsal will be held 6:15-8:15 on Wednesday, May 19th.
Please remember that to be fair to all skaters in the group, attendance at all practices and dress rehearsal is mandatory. All synchro teams will skate in the show, including Beginner Teams.
