Meeting Minutes
Skating Club of CNY Board of Directors
March 28, 2011,
Meeting beginning at 6:10pm
In attendance: Jen Ferguson, Shelley Kline, Toni DiPirro, Debbi Murray, Michele Wisely, Christina
Auer,
Ice Show recap: Admission fee will be $5 each or $15 a family. We will also be collecting food pantry
or pet food donations. Flowers will be available to purchase & we will have 3 spot lights so we need 3
people to run them.
Board Elections, you need to circulate to ask for nominations 45 days in advance, 20 days prior the
final the ballot needs to be in.
The ballot will be handed out to those we see & mailed to the rest.
Elections will be on Sunday, May 15th. An email will be sent out tomorrow for a call for nominations &
will close the 6th of April.
We currently have 2 vacant board positions due to resignations. Discussion of possible individuals to
fill these positions ensued. The board voted to appoint Angela Fasoldt and Mia Stanton to fill these
vacant positions.
Club Banquet & annual meeting will be on May 15 at Twin Trees, N. Syracuse from 2-4pm, tickets
$15 each. Full club members only are invited.
We will discuss whether to continue the Coach fees for next year at a meeting in the near future.
